Our pool is almost full of water!

We started filling up our pool with water 24 hours ago.  It is almost full!  The kids had fun today jumping off the diving board and sliding down the slide a few times.  The water is pretty chilly, but that didn't stop anyone.  We have 2 more days of Fall Break to enjoy the pool and we are planning on spending all our time outside!  The kids played lots of volleyball and other fun games.  We miss not having a pool in our backyard and we're excited to have one again.  Thanks dad for funding our backyard fun!  We love you and wish you were here to play with us in the water.  Clate will be back Friday night from New York so we'll get some pool time with dad on Saturday.

Ellie LOVES to play Strawberry Shortcake with me!  She is always Strawberry Shortcake and I am Ginger Snap.  I have been wanting to start a blog for. . . a long time.  I finally cleaned up the kitchen and thought she was content playing by herself upstairs.  She just came downstairs and informed me she is waiting for me.  I suppose I'll have to pick this up again later.
